Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Nest Joy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return, exchange, and refund process.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Note: Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted products (unless defective)
  • Personal care or hygiene-related items (if applicable)
4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@nestjoy.in with:

    Order ID
    Product details
    Clear images/videos of the issue
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  3. Once approved, return pickup or shipping instructions will be provided
5. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products
  • Subject to product availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered
6. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed only after the product is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
7. Shipping Charges
  • Free return pickup for damaged or incorrect products
  • For other returns (if applicable), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
8. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
